- 1st Installment: Kshs. 20,000 by February 28th, 2026
- 2nd Installment: Kshs. 16,000 by March 15th, 2026
- 3rd Installment (Final Balance): Kshs. 15,500 by March 31st, 2026

Note: Timely payments are critical to secure tournament registration, accommodation, and travel arrangements. Missing the final payment deadline will result in forfeiture of the player’s slot.
