This is the Express Academy calendar for Season 36, running from May 3rd to August 3rd, 2025. Training sessions and RSJL rounds are scheduled throughout May, June and July.

U5 to U15: 9 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
U13 & U17: 11:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Sun:
All categories. 2 p.m. – 4 p.m.
